Our wedding was a 300-person affair with guests attending from three different continents. Her organization included planning accommodation, pre and post-wedding events, as well as all aspects of the big day. Ines responded quickly to all of my emails, and no request was too big or too small for her to take care of. Ines helped plan wedding day details from the hair and make-up, decorations, cake, transportation (for 300 people, this was a big deal), to the dinner menu. The day of the wedding, Ines was with me coordinating events and ensuring that the day ran smoothly - and it was, in a word, perfect. Now, with all the classic perks a regular wedding planning requires, we had some extra ones- in the same hotel (Hotel Dubrovnik Palace) where our wedding was held on the night of the wedding, the hotel was hosting one of the most powerful people of the world- then US Vice President: Dick Cheney! So our wedding planning communication channels included the Secret Service staff, Intelligence Agency staff and security checks like no other wedding has had before. We must say that Ines played a key role here, demonstrating incredible organization and communication skills despite all the stresses and challenges. Always, but always, Ines has been available at all times giving her very best for us not to feel any limitations that were all around us, including x-rays for every single of our guests, limited car access, security guards all over the hotel, etc. All of her suggestions with regards to decorations, music, wedding cake, menu and all other details a wedding requires we accepted and this was our best decision- to trust her!
